THE HOPE COLLECTION ~ Cancer is the #1 cause of non-accidental death in children. Every year more than 12,000 infants and children
are diagnosed with cancer. Cancer does not discriminate. It can strike anyone at anytime. Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a non-profit charity
whose mission is to eradicate childhood cancer. We support world renowned doctors at five local hospitals.
They include: Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, The Hassenfeld Children’s Center at NYU Medical Center,
Schneider Children’s Hospital at North Shore LIJ Health System and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center.
We fund research, state of the art equipment/instruments and parent/patient care. PCF solely depends on our loyal supporters to reach our goals.
PCF receives no funding from the government nor do we receive any funding from pharmaceutical companies. Our overhead is minimal,
allowing almost 90 cents of every dollar raised to go toward our cause. No child should have to go though the horror, pain and despair of pediatric cancer.
The eradication of this devastating disease depends on groups such as PCF and the generosity of people like you.

THE CURE COLLECTION ~ THE FACE OF DIABETES IS EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK -- a four year old child, a high school student, your peers, and your parents. 
Every 30 seconds another diabetic is diagnosed and it is projected that there will be almost 400 million diabetics
worldwide by 2030. Fortunately, there is hope on the horizon. Tremendous advances in research are being made
every day -- advances that may profoundly affect your life or those of your loved ones.
In honor of those dedicated to the fight against diabetes, proceeds from the "CURE COLLECTION"
will be sent to the Massachusetts General Hospital Diabetes Center, one of the oldest and and most
effective diabetes research centers in the country. The funds raised will will help fund innovative and
promising early-stage research that someday may lead to a cure.

THE TEAL COLLECTION ~ Proceeds from the necklace ETCHED DISC WITH TEAL benefit the Lynne Cohen Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Research -
Celebrating 10 years of research and preventive care for women's cancers. Established in 1998, the Foundation is dedicated the life, character and strength of its namesake,
who died of ovarian cancer. The mission of the Lynne Cohen Foundation is to provide preventive care for women at increased risk of breast/ovarian cancer;
to encourage and support highly focused, cross-institutional research in the field of early detection and prevention; to find an early detection test
for ovarian cancer; and to improve survival rates of women with cancer.

Ovarian cancer is the deadliest gynecologic cancer, striking more than 20,000 women in the U.S. and killing approximately 15,000 each year.
When ovarian cancer is detected early, there is approximately a 90% survival rate of more than five years. Unfortunately, approx. 75% of ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed in the late stages
when survival rates are dramatically reduced. Breast cancer - the second leading cause of cancer death for American women - strikes more than 200,000 women
in the United States, killing approximately 40,000 each year. While survival rates have improved, there is no cure for breast cancer.
Identifying individuals/groups at increased risk of breast/ovarian cancer makes it possible to screen for the disease and detect it early when the chance for survival is best.
